6. Prices

6.1. All prices in the online store are presented in euros with statutory value added tax. In addition, there is a shipping cost, which depends on the delivery and payment options. This price is calculated separately. The price will be re-quoted with applicable value added taxes and the resulting shipping cost before placing the order.

6.2. The price given at the end of the order is final. The seller and the buyer undertake to adhere to this price. After that, the price is no longer changed, even if the Seller lowers or increases the price of the goods in the future.

7. Availability of goods

The products presented in the online store are usually available. However, in rare exceptional cases, e.g. if a certain item is ordered by more customers, it is possible that the item will become unavailable. In this case, you will be notified immediately that the goods are no longer available. Contracts are not concluded for unavailable goods. Deliveries are made until stocks last.

On the product page, sizes that are not available are marked in a different color than available sizes. Out of stock items cannot be added to the shopping cart, but can be added to the wish list.

8. Delivery methods and shipping duration

8.3. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, holidays are not included in the delivery time. 9. Payment methods

Payment collection platform Stripe is used for payments. Payment takes place after entering the bank card data in the Stripe system.

10. Shipping cost

The shipping price depends on the selected shipping method and consists of:

EUR 3 (including applicable VAT) for delivery with Omniva courier service to your specified address.

11. Waiver Rules

11.1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date when you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to notify us by email. by email: info@ajgoldsmith.com with a clear statement (such as a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement.

You may use the attached opt-out form to do so, but it is optional. To extend the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send us a notice that you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

11.2. Consequences of opting out

If you cancel this contract, we must refund you all money received, including the cost of shipping (excluding any additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the notification. that you refuse the contract.

12. Voluntary right of return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you the right to return purchased goods within 30 days of receipt.

The money will be returned to the account from which you paid for the goods. If you paid via Stripe, the money will be refunded to your bank account linked to the order.

We would like to point out that the voluntary right of return does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal – these rights are independent of each other. Voluntary right of return does not limit warranty rights.

13. Warranty

13.1. You can submit a warranty complaint regarding defects in the purchased goods in accordance with the provisions of the third section of the “Retail Trade Rules” of the Republic of Lithuania, Clause 20. When applying for a product of inadequate quality, you can submit the product for return and in the event of a defect, recover the money paid. Warranty complaints are no longer possible after 2 years from the delivery of the goods. Returned goods must have internal labels.

14. Retention of Title

17. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

17.1. The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, with the exception of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), is applicable to all contracts between the Seller and the Customer. This choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not prevent the user from using non-mandatory consumer protection legislation in the country where the user is domiciled at the time the order is placed.

18. Amendments to these BS

The seller has the right to unilaterally change these BS if it is necessary to adapt to changes in the legal and technical system. We inform users about changes by presenting the content of the changed regulation. Changes become part of the contract if the User does not object to the change in writing within six weeks from the notification of the inclusion of the change in the contractual relationship with the Seller.
